Standard Shipping + Tracking - (FREE for Orders over $100)
  • This is our standard shipping option that we are happy to offer free shipping to customers worldwide.
  • All Order over $120USD qualify for Free Shipping, which will be automatically applied at Checkout
  • This option means that you will not pay any shipping fees, and will receive a tracking number for your product.
  • Shipping times will be dependent on delivery location, and local courier used.
  • If you are located in the United States the delivery time is between 4 to 14 business days. 
  • For all other countries the delivery time is from 6 to 14 business days. 
  • Standard Shipping with Tracking - $4.9

    • This is our standard shipping option that we are happy to offer to customers worldwide.
    • This option means you product will be shipped with the local courier, and you will receive a tracking number for your product. We typically choose EMS for most shipments. 
    • Shipping times will be dependent on delivery location, and courier used.
    • If you are located in the United States the delivery time is between 4 to 14 business days. 
    • For all other countries the delivery time is from 6 to 14 business days. 
Priority Express Insured Shipping - $19.95
  • Customers select this option for 1 of 2 reasons - they want their order fast or they want their order insured. This option provides both.
  • Even though every care will be taken by our Courier Partners in the transit of your goods, you may appreciate that the rigors of transit means that, on occasion, loss and/or damage to goods may occur, even with the best carriers.
  • This happens rarely, but, if it does this cover will ensure we can set it right for you, providing you with even more peace of mind. 
  • That’s why we offer customers a very cost-effective Express Insured Shipping option. LUBI Cycling will cover the cost price of replacing lost or damaged goods up to the policy limit of $500.
    This option of course also includes Tracking.
    • A scaled excess fee payable applies to each claim, depending on the value of the order:
    • $1 - $100 Excess = [$25]
    • $101 - $250 Excess = [$35]
    • $251 - $500+ Excess = [$50]

Requirements for Insurance Claims:

  1. To make a claim, you must be a LUBI Cycling customer and have created the delivery order via our Website or Social Media platforms (you cannot claim insurance as the recipient of a parcel if you did not create the order).
  2. It has been at least 45 days or more since the date of Shipment Confirmation (date of email containing the order Tracking Number)
  3. The order was placed within the last 3 months (90 days) of the claim.
  4. The parcel has been either been lost in transit: that is, it was lost after it was scanned as picked up, and before it was scanned as delivered (either with Authority To Leave or with a signature) or was damaged on arrival (order items, not the packaging).
  5. The parcel has been declared as lost by the conscripted Courier company.
  6. You cannot claim insurance if your parcel is also covered by a third-party insurance provider and have already filed a claim with them.
